1,500 to 2,000 sq ft = $140.00+tax
2,000 to 2,500 sq ft = $180+tax
2,500 to 3,000 sq ft = $240+tax
Over 3,000 sq ft = $260+tax*
*Very large homes may need to be estimated on site.

We have been in business for almost 50 years, so we can usually give you an accurate estimate over the phone. If there are any discrepancies with the estimate when we arrive at your site due to unexpected or unmentioned difficulties, then we will either leave you a free updated estimate, or contact you on the phone to approve before we commence cleaning and repairing.

We will professionally clean your gutters at the scheduled time and leave you a copy of your invoice. No phone confirmation is required.

For our service contract customers, we are able to provide ancillary services such as trimming tree branches that overhang your roof and gutters*, and resetting loose gutters.
*Our insurance policies only allow us to trim tree branches that can be easily reached from the ladder and roof area

Recommended Gutter Cleaning Service Schedule
We highly recommend that gutters be cleaned at least twice a year or more depending on the age of your gutter system and the amount of trees on the property. The majority of our customers receive four cleanings a year to keep gutters healthy and clear. There are four particularly troublesome times of year for gutters outlined below:
Early Spring: Clean in mid- to late- March just before April showers begin and animals start making their nests
Late Spring: Clean in May or June as falling seed pods, blossoms and helicopters clog gutters and downspouts and begin to germinate with spring rains
Early Fall: Clean in mid- to late- October. All summer long, heavy rains and winds have pulled leaves from trees and washed them into the gutters. This cleaning will also catch the first wave of shedding fall leaves. We urge homeowners not to wait until late fall: by then the accumulation of leaves in gutters have rendered them clogged and when early frosts come, you are left with too much weight in your gutter and it will start to pull away from your house and cause other damage!
Late Fall: The final cleaning of the year is in late November and early December when the majority of leaves are down. You do not have to wait until every last leaf falls off the trees – with proper and regular gutter maintenance these last few leaves will not clog your gutters.
What to Expect with MGC as your Gutter Cleaning Company
On your scheduled cleaning day we will arrive at your residence in our easily identifiable lettered trucks. Our crew also wears shirts and hats with Monroe Gutter Cleaning printed on them so you can easily recognize our workers on your property.
We offer contactless cleaning, so you do not have to be present during the cleaning. We also do not require a phone confirmation.
Your gutters will be inspected and cleaned, and all the debris will be bagged and placed by the curb or removed from your property.
While at your residence, we will visually inspect the condition of the gutters, the roof and the upper areas of your house and notify you of any problems we might discover.
